Makeing an Appointment

To make an appointment please phone the practise or ﬁll in the Appointment Request form. For all urgent matters please phone the centre or have you GP contact us on your behalf.

Change my Appointment Date or Cancel my appointment

To change your appointment date or to cancel please call the practise 1 business day prior. Appointment cancelled within 24hrs may incur a fee

Arrival Times

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Driving? Parking options

Shopping center parking is available and free for the ﬁrst 2 hours. From the car park catch the lift to level 1.
